20 Ways You Can Be The Best Friend Ever

         Having true friends is a blessing for me. I know it's hard to find true friends now a days. Here's a list I compile how you can be BFF for life. Just follow this ways and you can have true friends like me.

1. Always be there. Your friend is just a text/call away. Send message through their FB accounts.

2. Be a good listener. A true friend is someone who always listens and is genuinely interested in the good and bad.

3. Be honest. Don’t be scared to tell each other the truth no matter how difficult it may be. 

4. Guide each other in times of need with your honest opinions. 

5. Don't say mean things. Respect her/his feelings.

6. Do some things together. It will be a great bonding moment for the two of you.

7. Makes him/her feel special. A true friend tries his/her best to cheer you up when you are upset.

8. Don't keep secrets, unless they are truly personal. Be open about what's going on in your life and what you hear about other people. 

9. Be who you truly are -be that vulnerable and provide the other person the space, safety and choice to do the same. 

10. Don't gossip. Never speak with your friends negatively

11. Share the truth in your heart, without the fear of misunderstandings. 

12. Be a loyal friend.Loyalty is one of the most important qualities in a BFF.

13. Accept the person as they are, as an individual.

14. Remain friends despite a person’s choices in life and don’t bail on them when they aren’t who you want them to be. 

15. A true friend always supports the person but doesn’t feel compelled to support the situation. A true friend knows how and when to say the firm, “No."

16. Help yourself and those closest to you grow. To live means to grow, and a true friend is someone that you can honestly say has helped define you as an individual. 

17. Give compliments. Remind your BFF how awesome she/he looks like in  

18. Travel together.Taking a trip with your BFF, whether it's a weekend roadtrip to a beach or inviting him/her on your family's big summer vacation can push your friendship out of its comfort zone.

19. Know when to stop advicing.Not at all times you have to give an advice.Be supportibe not critical.

X-MEN: Days of Future Past

               As we grow old there comes a time that we reminisce our past, asking ourselves what if we do that and what if we don’t.  Over the past years I gain weight from 120 lbs and now  160 lbs, that’s sad news for me. I am not that “malakas kumain”, I gain weight because of my lifestyle. I don’t have enough exercise because I have limited time for myself because I manage my own 2 branches of internet café.  The daily routine is when I wake up in the morning, I take a shower , open my business at 8am , have my meals  at the server (breakfast, lunch and dinner) which means I sit at my computer server all day. I just think of managing my business every day, how to earn money and help my family. I work every day 16 hours a day 7 days a week.

What would I correct from my past to save the future? If I can change my past maybe I will maintain my ideal weight by having extra time for myself by having a daily exercise, eating more healthy foods and a day off/relaxation time.  By correcting my past maybe I can prevent myself from gaining weight and have a healthy body.

 I know that it is not too late for me to change my lifestyle. I will change my daily routine into a more  healthier day by starting my day with a daily 30 mins walk, eating a healthy meals and a relaxation time to ease the stress that I acquire through my work.

              I'm inspired with the movie X-MEN: Days of Future Past, they want to try to change their past because they've made so many mistakes in their past that makes who they are in the present. I hope that I can do that too.  We don't need to be  a super hero, a mutant or we don't have a super powers but we can still do great things and make our present lives more meaningful by changing our lifestyles, be healthier for our family and at the same time helping other people.

EL NIDO - A slice of Heaven on Earth

            El Nido, Palawan is a destination that looks like a paradise and you would dream of staying for the rest of your life. A world class tourist destination for scuba diving, fine white beaches, crystal clear waters, beautiful lagoons, limestone cliffs and caves. The beauty of El Nido is hard to describe, you have to see it with your own very eyes. It is a place like no other, a paradise.

         El Nido, Palawan is my ultimate dream destination and one of my bucket list. It's been years since I've been dreaming of someday I could go to El Nido and it happened last March 25, 2014. I research some blogs and read about El Nido, searching for how to get to El Nido from Puerto Princesa, cheap accommodations/where to stay, places to visit, where to eat and what are the things to do in El Nido. Planning a trip to El Nido will need you preparations if you're on a tight budget.

How to Apply NBI Clearance Online

      One of the requirements in looking for a job is a NBI Clearance. For the past few years we are accustomed to the old manual processing of how to apply for NBI clearance which is to fall in a long lines at the NBI clearance center or NBI satellite office just to have an application form to be filled up and register for renewal and new application of NBI Clearance. 

        Finally our government through National Bureau of Investigation comes up with the great,very efficient and less hassle the NBI clearance application online. Applying for a NBI clearance online is very easy because their website is very user friendly and simple. 

Steps in Applying a NBI Clearance Online 

1. Fill up your personal information in the NBI online application form of National Bureau Investigation (NBI) official website here. Make sure that you have written all the information needed correctly. 
   
2. After filling up the NBI Clearance application form online click the submit button. 
   
3. Wait for the second part NBI Clearance application form to load. Print your successful online form with the Registration Code. You can write down your Registration Code if you don't have a printer.
   
4. After you click the Print Application button you can now print it directly from your computer. For those who don't have a printer you can save your successful online form with the Registration Code in your USB flash drive & have it printed. Right Click and Click save as to your computer.
   
    
5. Bring your printed successful online form with the Registration Code and proceed to NBI Main Clearance Center located at NBI Clearance Building United Nations Ave., Ermita Manila or any NBI satellite offices. Bring 2 valid I.D's and make sure to follow proper dress dress code before going to NBI Clearance Center or any NBI satellite offices. 
6. When you arrive at the NBI Main Clearance Center or any NBI satellite offices, ask any NBI Clearance personnel/staff so that they can assist you properly. Tell them that you're an NBI applicant, present your form with the Registration Code along with you valid ID's and follow the next steps that they will tell to you.

• Postal ID
• Valid passport
• Voter’s ID
• Driver’s License
• PRC License
• SSS ID
• GSIS UMID
• School ID
• TIN ID

• Alien Certificate of Registration
• Senior Citizen ID
• Authenticated Birth Certificate

      You can choose any two (2) of the following valid Identification Cards   when applying for a NBI Clearance. Make sure that is readable, an             original document, not yet expired  and must have a recognizable                photograph that matches the applicant.

   7. There is no online payment of your NBI clearance, you have to pay it at the cashier located at the NBI Clearance center.

  8. Finally, wait for the issuance of your NBI clearance at the printing facilities of NBI Clearance center.
